APLLIED RESEARCH PROJECTS

2021
A pilot project "Schulen Gurgeln" (engl. schools gargle). https://schulengurgeln-forschung.univie.ac.at/

  • The aim of the project is to enable all Austrian schools to take part in regular PCR gargle tests from autumn 2021 onwards. This should keep schools open as safely as possible, even if the COVID-19 infection situation changes again.
  • I am a part of an interdisciplinary research team from the University of Vienna and Medical University of Vienna who monitor this project scientifically.
